Types of Secure Parking Spaces

Within our secure parking facility, we have an extensive selection of spaces available to let.

The types of secure parking spaces we have available range in both size and according to the amount of ‘added extras’ the parking space has (some parking spaces come with an Air Chamber System, some spaces come with an electric charging point to connect a battery conditioner and some spaces come with a storage unit).

Any new clients looking to store their vehicles with us will be given the option to choose the secure parking space that they would like to store their vehicle in (subject to availability at the time and the *dimensions of the vehicle that they are looking to store). Should their preferred space not be available at the commencement of their contract, they will be given the option to move spaces as and when their favoured type of space does become vacant.

The length and width of a vehicle will, to some degree, dictate where it can be stored. Our priority is to ensure that all our parking spaces are easy to access and that one vehicle does not impede another vehicles space.

DESCRIPTION 
STANDARD SPACE This type of space is approximately 2.4m in width x 4.8m in length.
STANDARD SPACE WITH ELECTRIC HOOK UP This type of space comes with electricity to keep your car trickle charged
STANDARD PLUS SPACE The size of a standard space but located at the end of a row or next to a premium space.
STANDARD PLUS SPACE WITH ELECTRIC HOOK UP This type of space comes with electricity to keep your car trickle charged. 
PREMIUM SPACE WITH ELECTRIC HOOK UP A premium space is approximately 3.6m in width x 4.8m in length. This type of space comes with electricity to keep your car trickle charged.
PREMIUM SPACE WITH 50 SQ FT STORE AND ELECTRIC HOOK UP This type of space comes with electricity to keep your car trickle charged and a 50 sq ft storage unit with both lighting and electricity. The storage unit comes with a roller shutter door, can be locked and is ideal for storing items ancillary to a car and/or general garage items.
